Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and Digital Sunset LLC (“we”, “us”) for use of You Just Print. By creating an account you agree to them. We've kept them readable on purpose — if something's unclear, ask us at [email protected].
What the service is
You Just Print is software: an embeddable product designer that print businesses add to their own websites, with tools to configure products, price them, take orders and produce print-ready files. **We are a software provider, not the seller of your customers' printed goods and not a print shop.** You remain the merchant of record for what you sell.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password and API keys secure — activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are monthly
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancel any time
Cancel in the Billing tab. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
No refunds for partial periods
We don't pro-rate part-months, though if something goes genuinely wrong on our side, talk to us — we'd rather sort it out.
Prices can change
We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you're responsible for any that apply to you.
Payments to you, and your customers
There are two ways money can reach you, and the difference matters.
**Your own checkout** — your website charges the shopper. We never touch the money and have no record of whether payment was taken.
**Stripe in the builder** — you connect a Stripe account and shoppers pay you directly through it. The funds go to your Stripe account; **we take no percentage of your sales**. Stripe's own fees and its terms apply, and Stripe controls payouts, holds and disputes. In both cases, the sale is between you and your customer: pricing, tax, fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks and customer service are yours.
Your content and artwork
You and your customers keep ownership of the artwork, designs and other content you upload. You grant us the limited licence we need to host it, generate print files and run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what's uploaded — don't use the service for content that infringes someone's copyright or trademark, is illegal, or that you don't have permission to print. We may remove content or suspend an account over a credible complaint.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, attack or overload the platform, probe its security without permission, resell access without our agreement, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.
Uptime and support
We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability — maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. Support is by email at [email protected]. We provide the service “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost sales, or the cost of reprints — and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time in the Billing tab. We can suspend or end an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform — we'll give notice where it's reasonable to do so. After closure you can ask for your data; see the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell merchants by email about material changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. You pay a monthly subscription. When shoppers pay through Stripe in the builder, the money goes to your Stripe account and we take no percentage — Stripe's own processing fees still apply.
- Who is responsible for fulfilling orders?
- You are. We provide the software and the print-ready files; the sale, printing, shipping, refunds and customer service are between you and your customer.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, in the Billing tab. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate part-months.
- Who owns the designs my customers create?
- You and your customers do. We only get the limited licence needed to host the files and produce the print output.
